About Us

The Goose Creek Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the monitoring and rehabilitation of Goose Creek, a stream in the West Chester, PA region. We bring together volunteers, students, governments, and experts from throughout the area to address stormwater, water quality, and environmental justice issues in order to promote a more sustainable future for this troubled watershed.

The Alliance was founded by environmental professionals who resided within the watershed in 2021 and who had concerns about the disparate nature of efforts to deal with the ecological concerns of the Goose Creek Watershed. Our mission is to bridge these gaps and build an alliance of municipal, residential, environmental, and educational interests.
